Serbian Language Podcast LLC may modify, suspend or discontinue this Service at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Serbian Language Podcast LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Your Account

You agree not to share your username and password with other people.
You must provide a valid name, email address, and other information necessary to register with the Service. You agree to provide true and accurate information to register with the Service. You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or a false identity or attempt to manipulate identifiers to mislead or disguise the origin of any information used to access the Services.
Serbian Language Podcast LLC reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services upon the discovery that the information you provided is not complete or accurate.
Serbian Language Podcast LLC is not responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Serbian Language Podcast LLC will not be responsible for any loss or damages resulting from your failure to comply with this obligation
You are not allowed to share your account details with others. A single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
You must be a human. Accounts registered by “bots” or other automated methods are not permitted.
If you cancel or terminate your account with Serbian Language Podcast LLC, all of your data and information will be scheduled for deletion from the Service.
The Serbian Language Podcast LLC Paid Membership (aka. Premium Membership) allows you to experience and evaluate Serbian Language Podcast LLC‘s features and benefits after making the payment. The Paid Membership is limited to one user per household or company.

Payment

You agree to use a valid payment method (credit card or Paypal account) whenever you make any payment to Serbian Language Podcast LLC.
Subscription Services are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. This means that there will be no refunds for partial months of service, or for months where the Services were unused.
Cancelation of your Subscription is effective immediately. You are not eligible to access Premium Membership features upon cancelation of your Subscription.

General Conditions of Use

You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, national and foreign laws relating to your use of the Service. You may not violate any applicable law or regulation; post or transmit any materials that violate any applicable local law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Serbian Language Podcast LLC, its owners, managers, and employees from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, made by any third party due to or resulting from your use of the Service or your violation of this Terms of Service.

By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you hereby agree that any legal action brought against you for violation of the Terms of Service shall be subject to the State of Texas in the United States of America and shall be subject to jurisdiction and venue in Texas, USA.
