1) How much is a monthly subscription for learning Serbian?
The

price for the Premium Membership with the full access to the website is $14.99 per month. However, we offer a 7-DAY FREE TRIAL and you will NOT be billed for your first 7 days. That’s it! Pay as you go. Cancel anytime.

2) How can I pay for the Premium Membership?
We

accept Credit Cards and PayPal.

3) Is this a recurring subscription?
Yes.

This is a monthly subscription and is set by default to auto-renew every 30 days until canceled. However, we offer a 7-DAY FREE TRIAL so you will NOT be billed for your first 7 days. You can manage your subscription by simply going to Members>My Account>Subscriptions.

4) Can I get a refund if I don’t like the program?
No

unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer a 7-DAY FREE TRIAL so you will not be billed for your first 7 days. We are confident that our affordable price and high-quality content will meet your language learning needs.

5) If I join can I quit any time I want?
Yes.

Come and go as you like. When you wish to take a break from learning Serbian, simply "Pause" your subscription so you don't get billed. When you're ready to come back, simply "Resume" your subscription and you're good to go. It's that easy!

6) Do you have a Free Trial?

7) How do I manage my subscription?
For

Credit Card Members, simply go to Members>Subscription and scroll down to the Membership Table to "Pause" or "Resume" your subscription. Need help? Watch the video tutorial (go to Members>How To Manage Subscription). For PayPal Members, simply login to your PayPal account and "Suspend" or "Reactivate" your subscription. NOTE: "Suspended" subscriptions can be "Reactivated" at a later date. "Canceled" subscriptions can NOT be "Reactivated".

8) Managing Subscriptions with PayPal - "Suspend" Vs. "Cancel"
All

Paypal Members need to manage their subscription within their PayPal account. "Suspending" your subscription in your PayPal account, will STOP the billing cycle and you won't be billed again. When you wish to "Resume" your subscription at a later date, you can simply "Reactivate" it. "Canceling" your subscription in your PayPal account will STOP the billing cycle and it will completely "Deactivate" your subscription. NOTE: "Canceled" Subscriptions can NOT be "Reactivated".

9) Signing Up with Paypal vs. Credit Card?
You

can sign up with your preferred payment method (PayPal or Credit Card). The difference is that Credit Card Members can manage their subscription here directly from their account and PayPal Members need to manage their subscription from their PayPal account. Also, resuming monthly subscription with Credit Cards is immediate and for Paypal Members, it's important to keep in mind that, Paypal Gateway currently only resumes subscriptions on the "subscriptions renewal date" (NOT the moment you click the “Resume” button).

10) Do you have Online Tutors? Can I schedule a class with a Native Speaker?
No,

unfortunately, we do not have Online Tutors. We do not offer tutoring services.

11) How often is new content added to the website?
We

are adding new content regularly, so stay tuned for updates.

12) I can't access the website - "Unauthorized User" Message
The

"Unauthorized User" Message is generated by our system when there is an issue with your subscription (i.e. "Inactive" Subscription due to a failed payment). If you are a Premium Member and you can't access your account, please send us a message from the "Contact" page on our website. Our Customer Support will get back to you within 48 hours.

14) How do I stay motivated when learning Serbian?
Use

all the resources we have provided for you. Watch "The Broadcast Show" or read our blog for more inspiration, motivation and useful tips on how to learn Serbian. Click on our social media icons in the bottom part of our website (footer) to connect with us and with other members of the Serbian Language Podcast community.

15) What is the best way to reach you if I have any questions?

16) What are the working hours for your Customer Support?

he standard working hours for our Customer Support Team is 9AM-5PM from Monday to Friday EST (Eastern Standard Time), UTC -5. The usual response time for the Customer Support is within 48 hours.
