1) How much is a monthly subscription?
The

price for the Premium Membership with the full access to the website is $14.99 per month. That’s it! Pay as you go. Cancel anytime.

2) How can I pay for the Premium Membership?
We

accept Credit Cards and PayPal.

3) Is this a recurring subscription?
Yes.

This is a monthly subscription and is set by default to auto-renew every 30 days until canceled. You can manage your subscription by simply going to My Account>Subscriptions.

4) Can I get a refund if I don’t like the program?
No

unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We are confident that our affordable price and high-quality content will meet your language learning needs.

5) If I join can I quite any time I want?
Yes.

Come and go as you like.

6) Do you have a Free trial?
No.

Unfortunately, we do not offer free trials.

7) I want to take a break from learning Serbian, but I will be back. How do I manage my subscription?
You

can manage your subscription by simply going to My Account Page>Subscriptions and clicking the "Pause" button. This will cancel your subscription and you won't be billed again. When you are ready to come back, you can simply "Resume" your subscription (My Account Page>Subscriptions>Resume) to continue learning.

8) Thinking about Signing Up with Paypal?
Sure.

Just note that managing recurring subscriptions with PayPal is different from Credit Cards. Paypal gateway currently only resumes subscriptions on the "subscriptions renewal date", NOT the day you click the “Resume” button. With Credit Cards resuming your monthly subscription is immediate.

9) How much is the Serbian language class with the online tutors?
$19.99

is for a private one-hour class via Skype with our native tutors.

10) How often is new content added to the website?
We

are adding new content regularly, so stay tuned for updates.

11) Why should I study Serbian?

he best way to reach us is via email on our Contact page or send us a quick message via Message Box found in the bottom right corner of the screen. Our Customer Support will get back to you within 48 hours.

14) What are the working hours for your Customer Support?

he standard working hours for the Customer Support Team is 9AM-5PM from Monday to Friday EST (Eastern Standard Time), UTC -5. The usual response time for the Customer Support is within 48 hours.
