1. How much is a monthly subscription?
The price for the Premium Membership with full access to the website is $14.99 per month. That’s it! Pay as you go. Cancel anytime.
Note: We also offer a 7-DAY FREE TRIAL and you will NOT be billed during the Trial.
2. Is this a recurring subscription?
Yes. This is a recurring monthly subscription and by default, it’s set to auto-renew every 30 days until canceled.
3. Do you have a Free Trial?
Yes, we do. We offer a 7-DAY FREE TRIAL and you will NOT be billed for your first 7 days.
4. How can I pay for the Premium Membership?
We accept Credit Cards and PayPal.
5. Payment Methods - PayPal & Credit/Debit Card
You can sign up with your preferred payment method (PayPal or Credit/Debit Card). Managing your subscription will be different depending on your payment method.
If you choose PayPal as your payment method you need to manage your subscription from your PayPal account. Note that Paypal Gateway currently only resumes subscriptions on the Subscriptions Renewal Date (NOT the moment you click the button).
If you choose Credit/Debit Card as your payment method you can manage your subscription directly from your Dashboard on the website. Canceling and Resuming subscriptions is quick and easy.
6. If I join can I quit any time I want?
Yes. Come and go as you like. When you wish to take a break from learning Serbian, you can Cancel or Pause your subscription so you don’t get billed. When you’re ready to come back simply Resume your subscription and you’re good to go. It’s that easy!
7. Can I get a refund if I don’t like the course?
No, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Take advantage of the 7-DAY FREE TRIAL we offer. We are confident you’ll enjoy the Premium Content for learning Serbian. Note: You will not be billed during your trial.
8. How do I cancel my subscription?
A) If your payment method is PayPal, you need to log into your PayPal account and click Suspend to STOP the auto-billing. To completely Deactivate your subscription, click Cancel in PayPal. NOTE: Suspended subscriptions can be reactivated at a later date, Canceled subscriptions can NOT.
B) If your payment method is Credit/Debit Card and your 7-Day Free Trial has ended (your Card has been billed already), go to your Dashboard (or click on Members>Subscription) and click Cancel (in the Action column) and then click OK (in the pop-up window) to confirm. This will “Pause” the auto-billing feature of your recurring subscription and you won’t be billed again.
C) If your payment method is Credit/Debit Card and your 7-Day Free Trial hasn’t ended (your Card hasn’t been billed yet) you won’t see the Cancel button in your Dashboard. You need to contact us via email at least 24hours before your trial expires to request the cancelation of your subscription. NOTE: We do NOT issue refunds for late requests.
9. How do I restart/resume my subscription?
Go to your Dashboard (or click Members>Subscription), and then click Resume or Subscribe (in the Action column) to restart your subscription. Important: If your payment method is PayPal, DO NOT restart/resume subscription from your PayPal account, because PayPal does not communicate directly with our website. 10. Do I "Suspend" or "Cancel" my subscription if I'm using PayPal?
Suspending your subscription via PayPal account will STOP the billing cycle and you won’t be billed again. When you wish to Resume your subscription at a later date, you can simply Reactivate it.
Canceling your subscription via PayPal will STOP the billing cycle and it will completely Deactivate your subscription. NOTE: Canceled Subscriptions can NOT be Reactivated at a later date.
11. How do I update my billing information?
To change/update your Credit Card, go to Members>Subscription and click Update (in the Action column). Enter your new credit card information and click Submit to save the changes.
If your payment method is PayPal, simply login to your PayPal account and update your information.
12. How do I change my payment method?
At the moment we only accept Paypal and Credit/Debit Cards as payment methods. Switching from PayPal to a Credit Card (or from a Credit Card to Paypal) isn’t possible.
If you wish to use a different payment method for your subscription, you need to create a new account. Simply Sign Up with a new username, new email address, and your preferred payment method. This will create a new account for you with a new subscription.
13. How do I change my password?
You can change your password by going to Members>My Account, scroll down to the Change Password section. Click Change Password and enter your new password. To confirm, click Save.
14. I can't access my account - "Unauthorized User" Message
The “Unauthorized User” Message is generated by our system when there is an issue with your subscription (i.e. “Inactive” Subscription due to a failed payment). If you can’t access your account, please contact us via email. Our Support Team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Transcripts for “Cam Speaks Serbian” (the Animated Series for learning Serbian featured on our YouTube Channel) are located here. You can also find them by clicking Premium Content>Animated Series (icon).
17. Do you have Online Tutors? Can I schedule a class with a Native Speaker?
No, unfortunately, we do not have Online Tutors. We do not offer tutoring services.
