5) If I join and pay $14.99 per month can I quite any time I want?

Come and go as you like.

6) How do I change my password?

can change your password simply by going to the "My Account" page and under your profile information (just under the blue "Save Profile" button), you will see the "Change Password" button. Click it and change your password.

7) What is "My Account" page and where is it?

members of our site have an account page where they can see their profile information, manage their subscription/membership, change their passwords and update their billing information. This page is called "My Account" page and it is located under the "Members" page in the main navigation menu of our site. Simply hover over the "Members" page and you will see it in the drop-down menu.

8) How do I cancel my Premium Membership? I want to take a break from learning Serbian

can cancel your Premium Membership at any time. Simply go to the "My Account" page, click on the "Subscriptions" tab and then click the "Pause" button next to your active Premium Membership. This will cancel your Premium Membership and your credit card won't be billed again. You will have access to the Premium Content on our website for the remaining of your Premium Membership.

9) How do I resume my Premium Membership? I had Premium Membership before and now I want to continue

can resume your Premium Membership simply by going to the "My Account" page, clicking on the "Subscriptions" tab and then clicking the "Resume" button next to your inactive Premium Membership. This will immediately activate your Premium Membership and the credit card you have on file will be billed. Make sure you update your billing information first before you resume your Premium Membership. Same thing for the Starter Package (Membership).

10) How do I update my billing information? I want to use a different credit card

can update your billing information simply by going to the "My Account" page, clicking on the "Subscriptions" tab and then clicking the "Update" button next to your active Premium Membership. This will open up a new window where you can enter your new credit card information.

11) How do I stay motivated when learning Serbian?
